Mike Sutherland was a regular council worker until the Covid pandemic woke him up with a bang. Founder of Declaration of Dumfries, he discusses the work he has been doing since the pandemic, including exposing the criminal conduct of both Dumfries & Galloway Health Board (Scotland) with regards to their failure of informed consent for Covid vaccinations, and Dumfries & Galloway Council – the latter being his employer until 2021, when he resigned in disgust at their treatment of children in schools, their fraudulent use of Covid testing, and their treatment of himself for pointing these things out.

Mike has forced Dumfries & Galloway Council to officially admit via FOI that they had no authority to mask children within their schools and has called them out for child abuse. He has also exposed the UK government for having no material evidence of any lawfully-established obligation binding the people to statutory legislation.
