Dr Sarah Myhill had a traditional allopathic medicine education and training. After 20 years in general practice Sarah became frustrated by her inability to treat patients as she wanted to, “increasingly found myself restricted by what I was and was not allowed to do”.

Sarah believes that doctors should be patients’ advocates, fighting as hard as they possibly can for what they believe is the best treatment for each patient. It is her that many doctors have become “defenders of the faith”. The big problem being that the “faith” is laid down by Big Pharma, who manipulate drug trials in order to give favourable outcomes. As a result modern medicine is failing patients.

Sarah’s practice focuses on looking for causes of problems with respect to diet, micronutrient status, allergies and lifestyle changes.

In this podcast we talk about what it means to be an integrative doctor, chronic fatigue syndrome, ME, Fibromyalgia, the benefits of the paleo ketogenic diet and so much more.
